there’s a new little princess in town

and she’s gorgeous!

Mom is doing a shabby chic nursery so I did some soft, prissy processing on these that I think will go beautifully in her room.

In between cat naps, she did this entire animation show – lots of sweet and funny faces. I was tempted to her home with me!

My summer has been busy – not much time for pictures because we (my family and I) have been on the go so much. I’ll be sharing some of that later…

Of course, Hannah was no exception.

Hannah’s mom makes hand knitted hats and baby props which is one reason why we tried out so many different hats and extras. Let me know if you’d like her info and I’ll pass it along to you. She’s very talented, as you can see.

We just couldn’t resist with such an adorably sweet model. She did amazingly well at 5 days old!

He’s so handsome, lots of dark hair – just beautiful! His big brother kept me entertained as he attempted to empty his bedroom showing me all of his “things” – toys, books, pj’s…… underwear!

Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve updated around here. Christmas came and went, the New Year has begun and I’m just getting a free minute to post some new photos. I’ve got a lot to share, just not a lot of time to do so!

Here is a recent newborn. Isn’t he beautiful? Sooo sweeeeet!

Catching Up

I’m attempting to catch up on blogging… it’s a tedious job staying on top of things sometimes.

Here are a few recent photos of my nephew, John Parker, who is 9 months old and walking!

This sweet baby boy was just a few days old when I when I photographed him recently. I’ve known his parents for a long time and I’m so very proud for them. Baby Kade is just so squishy and precious.

One of the best parts of my job is watching little ones grow up. William is no exception. I looked up some of his old sessions and it’s amazing to see how much he has grown in just one year. In this case, I got see Archie, his puppy grow up, too!

I took some photos of sweet Ivy recently. Isn’t she gorgeous? So tiny, yet she has long legs and fingers – just like her Mama and Daddy. I’m so glad that I get to watch her grow up into a little girl!

Enjoy every second with her Mom and Dad – she’ll be starting school before you know it!

Newborn love

Sweet Conner was born before I left for Hawaii. We weren’t able to get his session in before my trip because he was sick. He was close to 4 weeks old when I took these which is older than I normally do newborn sessions but you would’ve never known. He was so calm and sleepy just like a brand new, newborn. Isn’t he precious?

Summer, summer, summer time

Is finally here! I’m offering a few summer specials but my sessions will be limited this summer so that I will still have time to relax and enjoy my own kiddos, in addition to clearing some time for a vacation at the end of July. I have a few things lined up for the summer already and I’ve got sessions booked through December so if you’d like to book a session, I would recommend doing so as soon as possible. All sessions are non refundable, but should you be unable to make your session appointment due to an emergency, I will do what I can to reschedule your portrait appointment for another time.

I’m offering three specials that include some of my favorite things: newborn babies, the beach and Facebook. There is a small catch though. The sessions must be booked and paid by June 12th, 2009 to get the special “deals”.

Number 1 -

Book a summer birth or maternity session and get a newborn session for free. Maternity sessions are best done between 35-38 weeks. Number 2 - ONLY ONE BEACH SESSION LEFT!

I’m offering beach sessions at a slight discount, including a print credit. These sessions usually cost $350 with a $100 print credit but for this summer special only, if you book your beach session by June 12th, you will only pay $250 which includes a $100 print credit (up to 4 people, each additional person $15). That’s $100 off but only for a limited time (must book by June 12). The beach sessions will take place June 23 (booked) and 26 (booked), July 10 and 11 (booked). I know the best time of the day for beach portraits and the best places so that we can get optimal photos of your family. Sessions will take place in the Panama City/Destin area, to be announced once session is booked. In case of inclement weather, sessions will be rescheduled at a later date this summer.

20 fingers, 20 toes

These sweet little boys are five weeks old and absolutely precious. Mom and I tried to schedule their session closer to when they were born but it didn’t work out due to Mason being in the hospital, then I was sick, but we were finally able to arrange a time for their session and it was worth it. They did a beautiful job, just sleeping and looking so peaceful.
