Mallorie, that’s who! I, for one, can’t believe she’s 2. It seems like she was just born last month. Dang, babies grow into kids way too fast! She’s one lucky toddler. She has one big sister and two big brothers who love and adore her, and probably insanely spoil her rotten!

Mallorie wasn’t a fan of the grass so keeping her on the chair was pretty easy. Until she needed Mommy. I was able to get some sweet pinkalicious shots with her balloons and adorable dress…sigh… so, so, sweet.

I just love how her sweet hands are folded right here. Precious!

Silhouette’s are my favorites to capture. It takes some planning and the right locations, right time. We had it all “right” but the rain and clouds prevented us from getting a clear shot. I was disappointed at first but the more I look at this the more I can appreciate it. It’s very different from my other silhouettes. Different is good!

I didn’t forget to snap and “Me and my new friends” shot before we finished up. I love my little friends! Happy Birthday Mallorie! xoxox

A 2 year old football star in the making! What a fun day with this busy little boy, who, as you can tell, loves football already. We’re a football family, too, so I totally get it. It was adorable to see him run around with the football, fall down, pop up, run some more, fall down, pop up. You get the idea. We were able to get him to sit for a minute and snap some sweet shots. It was the perfect weekend for some outside sessions. Can’t wait for today’s sweet session… It feels like spring is right around the corner! Yeah!

I could not resist the crooked helmet, grasping the ball, ALL BOY!

Here she is. Almost 2. Almost. But every bit of 2. It must be fun to be 2. I can’t recall…

And one by it’s self because I love the hand on the hip, the pouty mouth, and it’s PINK’ed UP and girly. Just like Chloe.

Another hand on the hip shot. I almost forgot about this one. It’s finally looking like fall around here in south east Alabama, hence the warmer processing. Good thing fall is here because it’s nearly December.

I can’t get over how fast these babies are growing… Here is Mr Kade, fresh and new…

summer has arrived…

…and it’s my absolute favorite season of the year. I love waking up and forgetting what day it is because most days the kids and I have nothing we “have” to do. We are certainly enjoying some well deserved down time. We were at the beach last week and all the cousins got together for a quick photo shoot – or an attempt at one at least. The “babies” are 17 and 18 months old and to say they are quick is a huge understatement! We had to be equally as fast with treats and bribes but in the end it was all worth it since they earned ring pops – every one of them! Candy makes all kids happy, right?

I told my mother in law I wanted to get a shot of the babies naked in the sand. Of course they sat for about 1.4 seconds as you can see here -

I like this in a vintage wash, too. So sweet!

And summer isn’t summer without fresh cherries. I put some in one of my grandmother’s old mixing bowls, again in a vintage wash just because.

I noticed these ants a few weeks ago with an enormous treasure – a corner of a dorito. As they carried it away down my driveway, I ran inside to get my camera and nearly missed them. Apparently, they are quick, like toddlers!

Don’t you just love his hair? Mom says he’s getting a haircut soon and she wanted some pictures of his sweet, sweet curls.

I think this guy was the most cooperative toddler I’ve worked with. He made my job so easy.

There is nothing more precious than baby eyelashes and tiny fingers.
