Natasha Chalker Photography bio picture

I am a

 - Wife to one amazing man that God chose for me

- Mom of two beautiful blessings I call my kids

- Teacher to roughly 18 incredibly silly and wildly entertaining kindergarten students each year

- Daughter to my parents who made me who I am today

- Sister to a crazy redhead

- Friend to those I share my life with

- Slight perfectionist but only in a super detail oriented, insanely observant kinda way because really, at any give moment my house can be a total mess

- Lover of staying busy, whether it's traveling or working on various projects

- Individual who enjoys music, most all kinds, depends on the moment, month, mood

- Magazine flipper, I enjoy looking at the photographs of course. There's so much incredible inspiration in magazines

- Obsessive photographer to my family plus a few others that hire me

- Giver to those in need whether it be a kind word, gesture, prayer. Giving is so very rewarding!

And in all of this I am hopelessly flawed yet covered by the grace of God.

For that, I am blessed.

baby poop | Enterprise Alabama Newborn Photographer

it comes with the job. I always tell my clients not to get upset when the baby poops or tinkles on my blankets or props. It happens. At every session. And I usually get pooped on, or tinkled on. At every session. It’s just part of the job! Baby Ella wasn’t any different than any...

there’s a new little princess in town

and she’s gorgeous! Mom is doing a shabby chic nursery so I did some soft, prissy processing on these that I think will go beautifully in her room. In between cat naps, she did this entire animation show – lots of sweet and funny faces. I was tempted to her home with me! My summer...

sugar and spice and everything nice

that’s what sweet baby girls are made of… Of course, Hannah was no exception. Hannah’s mom makes hand knitted hats and baby props which is one reason why we tried out so many different hats and extras. Let me know if you’d like her info and I’ll pass it along to you. She’s very talented, as...

so sweet

Isn’t she just the sweetest thing you’ve seen? There is nothing more precious than baby eyelashes and tiny fingers. And of course, one extra handsome baby brother.

another new baby boy

He’s so handsome, lots of dark hair – just beautiful!  His big brother kept me entertained as he attempted to empty his bedroom showing me all of his “things” – toys, books, pj’s…… underwear!

dusting off the blog (poof, poof)

Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve updated around here. Christmas came and went, the New Year has begun and I’m just getting a free minute to post some new photos. I’ve got a lot to share, just not a lot of time to do so! Here is a recent newborn. Isn’t he beautiful? Sooo sweeeeet!...

Catching Up

I’m attempting to catch up on blogging… it’s a tedious job staying on top of things sometimes. Here are a few recent photos of my nephew, John Parker, who is 9 months old and walking!     This sweet baby boy was just a few days old when I when I photographed him recently. I’ve...

6 pounds of love

I took some photos of sweet Ivy recently. Isn’t she gorgeous? So tiny, yet she has long legs and fingers – just like her Mama and Daddy. I’m so glad that I get to watch her grow up into a little girl! Enjoy every second with her Mom and Dad – she’ll be starting school...
